Our Story
In 2014, we moved to Texas on a work visa in search of opportunity, growth, and a better future. What should have been an exciting new chapter quickly became overwhelming as we tried to navigate unfamiliar systems around housing, credit, healthcare, taxes, career growth, and everyday life.
Over time, we realized something deeper:
Talent alone is not enough when people are navigating unfamiliar systems and ways of life.
We started seeing the same story everywhere;
Highly skilled professionals arriving with education, experience, ambition, and immense potential, yet struggling to find clarity, trusted support, meaningful connections, and a clear path forward.
